I know it is not a popular view but IMHO the market all revolve around the massive immigration and the availability for foreign buyers to purchase without restriction

Whilst this scenario continues we will have a false market which does not follow normal supply and demand requirements consequently anything can happen and when you have a country whose biggest industry is controlled by foreign governments, it is a disaster waiting to happen
