Dont worry about the consensus estimates - they are all wrong. the same guys also said that the moly price would stay at $30/pound for 2009 and into 2010. They were all wrong and will continue to be.....It is a tiny market (4B), so it open to massive fluctuation. I reckon the price of moly is only ever at two prices: the price when people are NOT making steel (=price of production ($8/pound)), and the price when people ARE making steel (around $30/pound). I think we are in a transition phase between the two prices right now. But we'll see i guess.
