The Welcome to Country ceremony never really worried me. I thought if they feel better with the ceremony then I'd deal with it. That was until I saw a WtC where the 'elder' said all non-indigenous were visitors to Australia.
I'm not sure if they don't understand these types of things exacerbate the racial divide they decry, or whether they do it on purpose to fuel the fire.
