    what happened to the mou with the fortune 500 company??

    in the ann dated 4/10/11, it wrote:

    "Discussions continues with a Fortune 500 company about the Memorandum of understanding for distribution of the WheezoMeter in the USA. Consummating such an agreement is top priority for the company, and it is our goal to have a deal closed by the end of this calendar year."


    was there an update on this that i missed or did anyone have a chat with the company with regards to this?? thanks all
