The one thing in mind is Bad Publicity is Good Publicity. Joe Biden, can you remember anything he says? He has no charisma. Compare him to Bush or Obama or Clinton, how memorable they are, not to mention of course, Trump. He has no presence, while everyone screams over Trump, for good or bad. Just like, Hilary. Reminds me of this forum, actually.
