GBB persistent negativity is more for financial competitive purposes than simply seller's remorse, in my opinion. He is seeing the situation as a zero sum game as: GGG wins, then T loses. GGG loses then T wins. He realizes that when GGG wins, who is going to be ineterested in an inferior project next door. In fact, if he manages to bring together some investors, it will not be long before GGG pushes them into bancruptcy with lower cost and higher efficiency. This is very clear to him. On the other hand, if GBB can manage to destroy GGG (his wishful thinking LOL), then he hopes that investors will turn to his T company.
A childish and stupid strategy IMO. A better one would be to establish a working relationship with GGG management for future partnership (maybe!). His nefarious efforts may even be pissing off some Greenland high ranking officers as it is not in their interest for foreign companies to wage wars inside Greenland instead of concentrating in productivity and progress.
