To me the key thing about the "Performance Rights" for Mr Ismail and Mr Brown is what part of their total remuneration is made up of these shares? From the data in the docs last night, it looks to be quite high - around 70% (or perhaps more - I am trying to clarify the exact answer to this) i.e. they are being paid mostly in shares rather than cash. Isn't that what we want? Normally I prefer to see "Performance Rights" come with some actual performance hurdles, but if the package is 30% cash, 70% equity, I think it's fair to say their interests align with ours.
As for those due to DR, I'm happy to see what he delivers between now and the date of the vote and judge on that basis. Comments that he has seen the share price drop from 5c to 1c ignore the fact that the majority of that drop was "achieved" under the stewardship of Steve Noske.
