    $15m likely payment by Chiesi
    Total of $53m assets

    $9m lease
    $3m accounts payable
    $2m other

    =$14mil liabilities

    53-14= $39m book value

    Therefore if you buy now, you're buying their entire drug portfolio for $6m.

    It's a no brainer to me - pharmaxis is a strong BUY.
