With that solid cash flow advantage the we have (as you wrote), why do you need all this extra capital raising??
Why don't we put all those solid profits (if we have any of them), towards reducing debts, and bugger the dividends for a year or so??
I am sure that if shraeholders were kept in the full picture, they would not argue with that.
Any good minded investor (especially people that understand/comprehend figures), would not mind getting no dividends, if it is all for the good of the company, and knowing that in the future they are going to reap the rewards.
And what about our friend MR... I am sure that you can tell him what is best for the company. Especially if he will still have a job after the saga is over.
