I was going to vote NO all along for both resoultions 2 and 3.

Now the job has been made a lot easier, (because MR has withdrawn that part of it), and there is only resolution 3 in the way.

As such I am of course goint to vote NO.

No more shares to be issued now. No more dilution to existing shareholders.

Maybe in twelve months from now, but definitely not now.
