Excellent. Corporate stance is very important to the people who make their careers, their lives in an organisation as big and diverse as S32.
They need to know they are making a real difference, not just to shareholders but to their families. communities, country and the world.
Engaged, committed employees will work their butts off, bring new ideas and are the greatest, sincerest advocates any company could wish for.
S32 is still raw and new. It needs to define and express its vision and values. A great start.
