Sounds good - gotta somehow get rid of Noble Investments and Marshmallow Fun Company Shareholder in the US. Maybe the delay was to grind down the US shareholders that have alledgedly caused the problems as well as Noble Investments.

There is some very intelligent and hardworking people in this company, and I know Bodgers has been working hard as well - this is much appreciated.

Let's go back to the basics, merge a couple of similar companies, trim the fat, and start working together to take on the might of the large US toy companies.

Yes my few million shares are going to get diluted significantly, but hey, they are worthless at the moment.

BRT management and shareholders have been kicked in the guts and I reckon the management will be the wiser for it and the shareholders may get something back.
