Just read a fantastic article on page 47 of today's AFR (13 April 2012).

I think I have found the reason why the NP announcement was made when the courts handed over control to MNM for Mt Mulligan.

If this is the true reason, my hat goes off to Blakeman and his loyal servents, as in fact this proves they are trying to do their best for shareholders by conserving our current cash flow.

I hope this was their thinking, and it wasn't part of some of the other theories being bandied about on this forum.

For those who cannot read today's AFR, it's all about 'tenement parking'. Check it out quite clever really.
