Does anyone know how much the Shire taxes, local taxes etc that would accrue to the registered unencumbered tennement owner are?

If they are substantial I can understand the attractions of tennement parking but if it is only pennies then why risk annoying shareholders and future investors by appearing incompetent.

I must point out that I do not regard MNM's management as incompetent in fact the opposite is true - which is why I am so suprised by the sudden failure to communicate coherently from that same management in 2012.

If tennement parking is the reason for it then all is well in EB land after all they can hardly issue an ASX release boasting about corporate tax avoidance schemes.

Anyway well spotted Simonovj - it all starts to make sense to me.
