ES must want to move some asset to someone who could actually execute a mining plan. Let's face it QH screwed up exploration in his field of expertise. He just moves Eploring from one place to another with no regard why shareholders invested with him. Of course, ES just happens to come out the biggest winner if he gets his way.
All the same some assets in KL's hand would be good for the Pilbara. I don't see anyone else putting cash on the line?
