Sharpey, your posts are great. Here's the Novel AGM Vote items: The big one is limiting the BoD to six directors. ES doesn't want his vote diluted. Speculation is that the Novo BoD is split 50/50 between ES and QH. There's a fight going on to sell off Novo assets according to Bob Moriarity who will explain what's going on next week.
