Thanks for sharing Eddie . Not privy to the wording of your email, but if it was basically focusing on the question of listing timing, then the Animoca response seems disappointing.
Blaming Covid for delaying the listing process seems a bit of a stretch. Can understand Covid affecting the ability to conduct roadshows, hence promoting product etc. – not sure how roadshows translates across to causing a problem with listing?
Likewise completing audits . I would have thought most of what would be required for completing audits would be in electronic format and be able to be transmitted and worked upon in a Covid safe manner.
A bit surprised that with all the skills and technology expertise that Animoca obviously possesses that it struggles with something that shouldn’t really be that hard.
Perhaps there is some other reason (strategic/confidential) that is delaying listing? Let’s hope so.
