AB was delisted by ASX not only cause of crypto involvement, but also breaches for reporting standards. They just behaved like an unlisted start-up. The reason they didn’t have proper accounting in place is because they bought a shell to get listed and to circumvent the regulation process. They needed money and they were not able to list the regular way. From what I see they were pretty successful for the company and board.
