If this company lists on any exchange in the world within 2021 we will list between 1-3billion MC and if we are to list 24-36 months from now we should be looking at 5b+ of course I might be very wrong and we will still need to see the latest audited financials and director remarks on valuation. But quick math can tell us that this should be the ballpark.

So if we are looking at a 1B IPO within 12 months then we can suggest if we sell shares now this would be considered a pre IPO round. Pre IPO round usually gives us a discount on the float at 20-40%. So one can argue a offload price of 600-800m is reasonable at this given time. This will protect sellers from way under valuing their shares and also give ballsy buyers plenty of upside.
