Hi, I held some sand but when the price of bitcoin crashed sand dropped by more in percentage terms viz bitcoin down 2o%, sand would be down 30%. The correlation was to high for my taste so I sold as sand is not mature enough at this stage to have any value in its own right. (eg as a unit of exchange on THS). This will happen eventually as the adoption of crypto matures but at the moment it is driven by hype. Musk is having a ball knowing that his actions have such a large effect on the price of crypto currencies.
People will eventually work it out, but in the meantime lets go out and buy Dogecoin or Gamestop shares.
