    I think Yat has looked at what price per share he needed to raise capital at so that the Animoca Market Cap hit $1 Billion so as to meet the Capital requirements to List on the NASDAQ!!! $1.10 did it.

    Watch this space for a NASDAQ listing!

    Just my observation and not saying that it is so.
