that would be the two pending Audit Reports - I hope we get the first one in April (2021 ). The second one can only be made after the first is all done and dusted - so no idea when...

being HK based and with this type of restrictions with GT being in Aus and they are in HK, they can go for a local auditor for now... never like to change auditors but sometimes you have to... that can speed up the next one due...

then the AGM and then who knows what else would be needed to go for the IPO - I won't mind waiting some extra months if it is NASDAQ... there are many other places we can but let's aim for the one where the real $$$ are now... we are a bit of a unicorn now, can get some crazy valuations on NDQ if this NFT craze continues (cannot see any reasons now for it not going on)....
