Unless I am out of date Todd Corporation don't actively seek adversarial, contentious or underhanded positions and will defend themselves vigorously if a dispute does arise. And they have, for example in the past there was a dispute in regards energy payments with their JV with Shell Oil and neither party had an appetite to sharing the dispute or the resulting outcome in the media for a social judgement. Smart move by both parties.

I can't see Todd playing a tricky hand here at all, or even entertaining it but I can't comment on the others.
