Tullamarine is not a standard we should be looking to emulate. One of the worst International terminals I have been to in the past 10 years and I have seen plenty all over the World . Avalon will have it's day but I agree that is somewhere down the track. But you do not seem to clued up. A rail to the airport is 100% a good idea and SHOULD have been built decades ago. But heh just IMHO...you are entitled to yours.
