Please give a link to any announcement that actually confirms this with lab evidence. I've not seen any.

Again please show a link to any prior announcement that described the 'neutralizer' and how it worked. It seems like they upgraded something that shareholders were never told about. What are the maintenance requirements of the 'neutralizer', new or old?? How much does it cost to run the 'neutralizer' (old or new)?
What and where are the independent lab results about how effective the neutralizer is??

Purofloh has independent lab tests for the efficiency of the FRG unit killing bugs. This was announced back in April 2018 about testing of the Bluegen unit...

That is the last announcement that went into details of testing. There is nothing about by-product removal, nor is there any mention of any type of 'neutralizer'.

How does year after year go by without any product available to the market, not raise serious questions from shareholders? Why does so much R&D need to be done despite the product being 'market ready' nearly 3 years ago??

There has never been any announcement about a delay in any approval process, so something else stopped them, yet years later they are still spending cash on research and development with no products..
