    As on the web site, under 'about us' : 'board and management' :

    "Board & Management
    The Directors believe that Optiscan has sound management in place to enable achievement of the group's objectives"

    Well, chairman gone now. Well, lets hope he used his sound management practice to identify a new board going forward to achieve objectives.
    I would expect and ann. on Monday with a sound management 'masterplan' and new board.

    We can only hope..........
