Poopie is going to have to wait a long time to get his money back if he is looking for a takeover to bail him out.

Intec could have added value and therefore was interested in a cooperative merger with JRV...NB at the time the JRV price was 3.5c . The JRV board clearly would rather be in charge and go nowhere than lose control and see shareholders prosper; that is the bottom line.

If you can't bring some technology or other value add to the table, why would you try to take it over...JRV have been trying to commercialise this for a decade and there is so much more to be done before they have a process...let along a project which on any view will take another 10 years to commercialise IF they get the technological break-through they have been seeking for so long.

A potential suitor with no skills or technology of its own would have no reason to move until things are a lot more advanced than is likely to occur in the short or medium term.

Poopie you should have followed the lead of the JRV Executive Chairman and sold a big slice of your shares at 3.4 cents prior to the chairman even meeting with Intec and (then informing the market that discussions with Intec were being terminated).

The fact that the chairman would trash his own share price prior to meeting with Intec indicates that he did not bring an open mind to the discussions.....pretty depressing for smaller JRV shareholders whose interests the chairman is meant to be advancing.

Doesn't look like the Chairman thinks there is a white night on the horizon.....

Then again.." 'the chinese' are coming..."......
