I specifically phoned to ask about the 24/2/11 announcement and whether the 48m shares and 27m options issued to repay the debt were available for sale
the answer was "yes"
it was mentioned CEL have not yet received any data so far about who is selling (however, I personally was not interested in such information)
for me, it is just the typical selling of capital providers who have just been issued cheap shares
my aim was to appraise for myself the best buying opportunity
