I would bet my bottom dollar that it doesnt cut, and that it's not really a big deal that it doesnt. Any descent builder sets out slabs to work brickwork, windows work brickwork and doors work brickwork. The use of a halfbrick for now will be suffice to make up any discrepancy with intersecting walls /window surrounds.
Also all chasing for conduits is done onsite currently on building sites so that can also be an addition further down the track.
lets wait for bricks laid with glue in a timely manner before we freak out about the extras.
