longashort.... what you are mIssing is what the market missed with Afterpay. Users aren't on all their last dollar. when credit cards first came in , people were embarrassed to use them, as they thought the shop keeper might think they are struggling. But just like people use credit cards they use Afterpay. Some users of course will be on their last dollar!...just like credit card users. I've used it , as it's 0% interest, no catch. Ends up in my credit card anyway (which I never pay $1 of interest on, ever) and I would meet the definition of a sophisticated investor.
