There's lots of positive media about VPG , but it's yet to translate into any useful sp rise. Seems to be stuck in the 80c - $1 range . The ex div date next month could get it to break out into the $1 to $1.10 range but we'll just have to cross our fingers on that one. Still a good company with good assets and no short term debt thanks to the Kimco deal. Should really be doing better imho.
