I understand the frustration, but saying "demand" implies you have an entitlement. The truth is they don't work for us shareholders... they work for the company. The directors have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the company (many people believe this to mean shareholders, but that simply isn't true. Just read AICD info on fiduciary duty).

I believe DM is in Belgium this week Monday to Wednesday not last week. DM posted photo on LinkedIn on Monday. If he would be their last week then why wait whole week to post photo. I think everyone need to calm down and give him chance to finish meeting this week. and then talk with JD and other guys, form the plan and then notify us next week. So hang on to your hats boys
