Do not get me wrong. I have been in SDL for over a year (hold and will hold til the end) and completely believed the sales pitch and still believe this is an undervalued price, but i for one think yowie was pretty level headed in all of this.
I think he could have chosen his words better when it came to other HC members but he did show everyone regardless of what you think about a board or a company, regardless of how optomistic everything looks, you can still end up loosing.
Id also like to thank Westcott, Bigstar, Nectar et al. for all the research they have done and firmly believe if the macro issues were delayed by a couple months, and KT's share was sold somewhere else, this thing would have already been completed and we would be laughing.
I dont think this is the complete end, but think the board would have done the best job possible given the situations. We lost to Hanlong and there wasnt much the board could do. I am going to take this as a lesson.
