Seems the ACT government is the culprit in delaying approvals, whereas in the US the JV is powering ahead with a huge plant going in.  Reckon they should drop the ACT and just focus on the US with much better returns.

Seems this is fully endorsed by the state government there with US$2M in tax credits, but the huge bonus for the area is the total investment of US$300M in the project, creation of 256 high paid jobs, this involves the processing of 40 rail cars of scrap plastic daily!

Holy smoke, now I know why the greens appose it, too many people working in the ACT rather than out protesting maybe ? Seriously, now Im even more confused as to the actions of the ACT....
