The worse part is if you are actually wrong the outcomes are dire, if you are right whats the big deal, some expense, some reduction in fossil fuel use, reduction in emissions which cause health effects etc

Why wouldn’t you lean in the side of caution If you aren’t completely sure, and how can you be completely sure?
