We expect to be granted the licence

On the 22 Nov the announcement read " Prospecting Licence expected to be issued"

Now, if this is true about other parties and Kolosori being split etc.  I'm assuming AVQ would have known about these other parties and China etc.. when they wrote the announcement,   And if this is true, AVQ have blatantly withheld sensitive information.  Which  is a very baaaaaaad thing to do.
