Looks as though you were incorrect, and the parties you are referring to had the information that was leaked from the mining board prior to the meeting. Would be interesting to see some of the trades that may be linked to the leaked documents.
In relation to other parties been aware, China etc.. that you refer to, of course they would have been, after all, the Mining board knew and so did the applicants. Big mistake leaving Axiom out of the discussion. Such corruption that will inevitably be exposed for what it is.
