A person with a high IQ does not, of itself, make him/her an ideal citizen.
A belief in democracy, and our way of life, should be a paramount consideration for entry into this country. Thugs from Africa, or elsewhere in the world, or those imbued with a religious fanaticsm, especially those departing from the blood soaked sands of ME, and who cover their easily recognisable facial features, should not receive priority, under any circumstances.
