Thus far the company has spent to 30 April $127 million. Only $100m more to get to low end of CAPEX guidance. So they have $200m to use.
When it's evident or if they can prove the cash burn is not what it seems to be (analysts and other insto's) this will be re-rated but for now looks like its a falling knife
You only have to look at their last 3 quarters to see how much they are bleeding in operating activities. It's all effing scaremongering. I bought more today. Call me dumb or call me ballsy. It's not hard to work out that they will complete their plans on budget and on time.
With a declining coal price over the last year I think they have done extremely well in keeping costs down as evidenced by the operating $ activities.
Step change is coming. Does the stock really command a share price of 15 cents?
