    Do others agree with The Australian's B. Carter it is possible, or probable, that Sev.en could force a severely discounted CRN in a "debt for equity swap"? (It would be a massive dilution for shareholders- but at least it is likely that CRN would survive until early 2027, when it becomes very profitable again- assuming current met prices continue then)
    If so, what would be the quantum of the debt?

    Do others agree that EMG, to combat the above scenario & retain its maximum value in CRN, could privatise CRN? (I assume by taking over CRN's debt).
    And, if so, would CRN obtain any financial benefits from a privitisation? (Or are equity holders reduced to zero $ for their shares?).

    B. Carter also wrote (in another link above) it was likely that CRN could refinance, with additional funding at higher rates- so would survive until 2027.
