I haven't been following this for long so forgive my ignorance, but doesn't this sum up entirely what's happening with the share price? Their $150 million ABL facility is only in place until May 31, is conditional and at the discretion of lenders. So if alternative funding isn't secured by the end of next week then they could be forced to do anything? The share price will definitely rocket with an announcement but without it the are in trouble.
