just to reiterate because this guy is straight up lying. his point "The note holders do not have any right to demand repayment of the notes unless there is a change of control. So this speculation has no basis" is straight up wrong. and not true. section 6.01 of the indenture lists a stack of default triggers once any of those hits 25 % of note-holders can demand full repayment, 50 % can block waivers and force it. change-of-control is just one of many triggers
