I agree. There should be multiple parties who find these assets attractive. Currently, they are up for grabs at little over its debt value (with the equity close to being worthless). And at this stage (with equity down >90%), as a prospective buyer, you wouldnt want to get your bid in too late.
However, management has done a terrible terrible job. They could see the liquidity shortfall and didnt take any evasive actions.
