$1.6bn is us at about $1 p/s. 5 times current 19c puts us at book which is the same way to cut the $1 offer...
the successful offer would need to start with a $1.&$? My 70c ++ would be the opportunistic start (that the salary preserving mngt would reject) only to be revised higher....expect peabody to come knocking too...$5bn earmarked for the other mines, this would cost them 1/3rd of that at $1 p/s..
