You'd think the most likely outcome is that they'll refinance the debt but the cost will be relatively high to make up for the risk. The reaction will probably be violently upwards as everyone knows the outcome with survival will be plenty of cash in 2 years. Speculation on that is probably behind the price rise the last couple of days. If they leave it until the AGM to announce anything the price could fall again with the uncertainty and if the debt can't be refinanced then all bets are off.
