But my present decision to buy hold or sell isn't determined by the past market outlook. It is determined by the present market outlook.
My present market outlook is undetermined as noted in my SENTIMENT entry in these recent posts. I have not done sufficient research to have a suitable opinion. I've stuck my nose in hear and read a little elsewhere but I still don't have a strong opinion.
I'm holding because the amount I now hold is almost pocket change. Maybe I should jump ship, collect my pocket change and buy a few cases of wine. But for the moment I'm "holding 'em", rather than "folding".
