Macquarie has a new note maintaining their TP of 0.25; from current share price of 0.14 this is still 78% increase. But its still a Neutral and not a Buy
Once, one of the brokers starts to upgrade the stock (no near-term liquidity issue), and in the absence of passive selling, we will see really good momentum in the stock.
