Another thing for everyone to ponder.
Seven still want these assets, they are very high quality Met coal.
Seven own the debt now. If CRN fail nobody else gets a shot at owning these assets.
I suspect its extremely likely that an interloper will make an equity play. The debt option is off the table, and CRN are at their most vulnerable now. I wouldnt rule out a few bids in the short term.
