    It's actually spot on. you obviously haven't done your research. They do the environmental surveys. PLL had to submit various applications to the US Army corps of engineers USACE
    DYOR honestly you guys! You really haven't looked into this at all have you? All you see is Tesla and dollar signs. it probably won't happen.
