Surely with environmental issues at the forefront of mining these days that Piedmont knows and understand this?
If they have under estimated community concerns with this, it’s a poor assumption from management.
I’d assume that the meeting will calm any concerns that mining operations would/will have in the area.
They don’t have a choice really.
